Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

We deliver across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a qualifying amount this will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address
